A study shows that sleep is indeed used to help the brain overcome obstacles and eliminate anxiety. It’s interesting however. I also think sometimes sleep can cause the opposite, anxiety after waking, whether it’s because of a lack of it or it following something like a bad dream.

Loneliness is said to be a growing epidemic. Half of Americans reported feelings of loneliness last year and the epidemic is lethal.
There have been times in my life where I have been completely at peace, where nothing bothers me. But at these moments, I often feel like something must be wrong and I mess things up in order to end my tranquility. This is because having no anxiety can cause anxiety!
